We're having service outdoors on Sundays at 9 AM
We're excited to announce that after 16 weeks of online-only service, we've begun having service outdoors! This page contains important guidelines for how we can resume services safely. If you are experiencing symptoms or are at higher risk, please stay home- we will continue to post our online church page and online Kids Church weekly!
The practice field behind Alexander High School (6091 Ayers Rd, Albany, OH 45710).
Navigation apps give inconsistent directions to the high school, so the map below will give you a better idea of how to find us. Our parking team will help direct you to the correct place once you turn off the highway.
Parking is available in the lot behind Alexander High School (see the map above, and a live Google Map here).
A porta-potty and hand sanitizer will be provided.
We want to make sure our services are as safe as possible. Please review the guidelines below before attending.
1. MASKS REQUIRED
Masks are required at the service for everyone who can wear one. We recognize that this may not be possible for small children, and that's okay! We would just ask that if you or your child are unable to wear a mask, that you distance yourself a little further from others. We will have disposable masks available for those who do not have their own to bring.
2. social distancing
Please maintain a 6-foot distance away from others who are not in your household. Additionally, please refrain from physical forms of greeting (hugs, high-fives, elbow bumps, handshakes, etc.). Air hugs at a 6-foot distance, loving words, air high-fives- all welcome!
3. STAY HOME IF...
You have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 7 days:
shortness of breath
new loss of taste or smell
You or someone you have been in close contact with in the last 14 days has been diagnosed with COVID-19
You are uncomfortable with attending- we will continue to post teachings and Kids Church online every Sunday after service! Online church will go live by noon on Sundays and stay online through Tuesday morning.
We'll be spreading out on the field outside, so here are some helpful reminders of what to bring!
Lawn chair and/or blanket
Sunscreen and bug spray
Hat and sunglasses
Bible, pen and notebook
Water, coffee, snacks if you'd like
Phone (to follow along with our virtual program and worship lyrics)
We're excited to see you!
If you have any questions, please reach out to Bethany Ungar.
