Our Vision for Small Groups
Small groups are the life of our church and the key to our growth as individuals. During this unusual time our small groups still meet weekly, but may look a little different than normal. Before you check out a group, make sure you contact the leader to find out their arrangements.
The New Testament Church built rich and real friendships that were centered around a love of God, his Bible, and a commitment to move forward together. It’s difficult to reconcile a Biblical faith without authentic community. God never intended following Jesus to be an individual effort.
Our hope for Small Groups is to be the place inside the larger church that you can really know people, learn and grow together, and be cared for in times when life is challenging. They are full of fun, friendships, and purpose. If Brookfield is home, we hope you find your way into one of these groups.
How do you find the right group for you?
All of the small groups at Brookfield are open to new visitors. Each group’s demographic is listed to help you find one that fits you best. It’s okay to try out a few groups before landing on one. We recommend reaching out to the small group leader before visiting; you can find their contact information on the Small Group Wall in our lobby.
Grab a few small group cards from our small group display or check out the list of small groups below.
All our small groups are open, so we suggest you try out a few groups and find one that fits you well and has potential for developing friendship. If you’re visiting for the first time, it’s best to contact the group leader to verify where the group will be meeting that week.
